Mr. Brew Coffee was born from a simple belief: that the best part of your day shouldn't be rushed. On Highway 71 in the heart of Bastrop, we've built a space where the coffee is pulled slow, the pastries come out golden, and the people who walk through our door are treated like regulars — even on their first visit.
